The conference is being held in the Information Technology building, NUI Galway, located at grid reference E7 on this map. The University is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the city centre, so you can easily stay there and walk to the venue.

Special rates

We have a special rate from both The House Hotel (grid reference G8 on this map) in the city centre, and Westwood House Hotel (grid reference B5 on this map) which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the University.

Westwood House Hotel has offered a rate of €85 bed and breakfast for conference guests, which includes wifi and parking. Just mention NUI Galway when booking.

We have a rate with The House Hotel for the nights of the 25th and 26th (Wednesday and Thursday) of €89; for the nights of the 27th and 28th (Friday and Saturday), normal weekend rates apply (see below). This rate also includes breakfast and free wifi. There is a special dinner rate for the corporate rate nights as well (see below).
